Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

1. Service Overview

Horsora is an equestrian management platform published by Antoine Chiris EI (SIRET 84180558300033). It enables equestrian center managers, employees, horse owners, and riders to centralize horse management, care, scheduling, and communication.

Access to the service is subject to prior acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Access to the Service

Use of Horsora requires the creation of a personal account. The user agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date information at registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms or abusive use of the service.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law
  • Not attempt to access data belonging to other centers or users
  • Not introduce viruses, malicious code, or any element harmful to the integrity of the service
  • Not reproduce, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the service without the express permission of the publisher
  • Report any malfunction or security vulnerability to [email protected]

4. Intellectual Property

All elements constituting the Horsora platform (source code, design, trademarks, texts, logos) are the exclusive property of Antoine Chiris EI and are protected by intellectual property law.

Data entered by the user (horse information, documents, photos) belongs to them and may be exported at any time.

5. Service Availability

The publisher strives to ensure service continuity 24/7. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance or in cases of force majeure. No uptime guarantee is provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be held liable for:

  • Any data loss due to technical failure
  • The use of animal health information for veterinary purposes, such information does not replace the advice of a qualified professional
  • Any indirect damage resulting from use or inability to use the service

7. Subscriptions, Pricing and Auto-Renewal

Horsora offers paid subscriptions: a per-horse plan for stable and center managers, and the "Horsora Plus" subscription for individual owners. Every new center receives a 14-day free trial, granted automatically at creation with access to all features. When the trial ends without a subscription, access reverts to the free plan (2 horses, data preserved, read-only beyond that). Each subscription can be billed monthly or annually.

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewable: they renew at the end of each period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
  • The applicable price, period length, and billing frequency are clearly displayed before any purchase is confirmed.
  • If you subscribe during the trial period, the remaining trial days are preserved: billing starts when the trial period ends.
  • Prices purchased through the App Store or Google Play may differ from website prices due to the commissions charged by those platforms.

Subscription management and cancellation depend on how you subscribed (see sections 8 and 11).

8. Purchases via the App Store and Google Play

When a subscription is purchased from the mobile app, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

For these purchases, subscription management, auto-renewal, and refund requests are governed by Apple's or Google's terms and are handled from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Horsora cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.

In accordance with Apple's terms, when the application is downloaded from the App Store, Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the application or its content, and that maintenance and support of the application are the responsibility of the publisher and not Apple. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not listed on any prohibited or restricted parties list.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

For subscriptions purchased on the website by a consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

By subscribing, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service before the end of this period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, Apple's and Google's refund policies apply.

10. Changes to the Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any material change via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time from their profile settings. A paid subscription is cancelled from the billing area on the website (subscriptions managed by Stripe) or from your App Store or Google Play account settings (mobile purchases); paid access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. The publisher may terminate an account without notice in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
